We look back on another week full of innovation and inspiration. On June 11th, cifeno AG had the pleasure of hosting an insightful roundtable on "Digital Skills and the Transformation of the World of Work through AI" together with Switzerland Innovation Park Central and @JKS Group at the Innovation Park Central Switzerland in Rotkreuz. The exclusive event, moderated by our Enrico Senger , featured three esteemed speakers:

🚀 Dr. Anna Kerkhof from the ifo Institute - Leibniz Institute for Economic Research presented “How AI is changing the economy (and especially the labor market).” She emphasized that AI is currently replacing tasks and not entire jobs and that many companies have not yet fully exploited its potential.

🚀 Andreas Gillhuber , Co-CEO of Alexander Thamm [at] , a data science consultancy, spoke about “Why AI makes 'New Work' possible in the first place.” He emphasized the need to use AI for productivity and innovation while maintaining ethical standards and trust. We had a lively discussion about regulating AI, agreeing on its necessity but debating the best approach.

🚀 Thomas A. Biland Executive Headhunter spoke on “How AI is changing executive search and managerial requirements”. He highlighted the need for new skills and mindsets, especially in SMEs, to meet the challenges and opportunities presented by AI.

The event highlighted the importance of adapting professional and leadership skills to use AI effectively. We thank all participants for a stimulating and enriching experience.
